Report your concerns.

If you have reason to believe that a Certified Vegan-Inclusive Workplace is not upholding the requirements of certification, please let us know.

In this section, we set out when to contact us, what to tell us, and what we can do. Please read the following before completing the form at the bottom of this page.

1. When to contact us

Please only contact us if you are an employee of the organisation in question. Please note that we cannot deal with customer complaints.

We invite you to get in touch if you have evidence that the organisation in question is failing to comply with the Vegan Inclusion Charter. You can read the Charter here.

2. What to tell us

Please contact us using the form below. We encourage you to provide your name and a way to contact you. We will keep this information confidential unless you agree otherwise. If you do not provide a name or any way to contact you, this may prevent us from completing any investigation; for example, we may be unable to proceed without more information.

Please explain your complaint and let us know if you have any evidence. In particular, please tell us which aspect of the Vegan Inclusion Charter you believe is not being complied with.

3. What we can do

We will investigate your report, and if we consider that the organisation has failed to uphold our standards, we will do one of two things. In the event of an unintentional breach, we will ask the organisation to rectify the issue. If they do this to our satisfaction, we will allow them to continue as a Certified Vegan-Inclusive Workplace. In the event of an intentional breach, or if the organisation is unwilling or unable to rectify an unintentional breach, we will remove their certification and ask them to stop using our logo.

4. What we cannot do

We are unable to get involved with individual disputes. All we can do is discuss an organisation's policies and practices and work with that organisation to make any changes needed to ensure continued certification. We have no other enforcement powers.

If you need legal advice, you will need to seek this from a lawyer.

Please note that we cannot investigate a concern without sufficient evidence.

By submitting your message and your phone number and/or email address, you are permitting us to contact you by these means in response to your enquiry or feedback. You also acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and that you consent to our processing data in accordance with them.
